Cranford, New Jersey_Mixed Use Complex

Each project comes with a unique set of problems that we were tasked with solving. This 31-acre plot required us to retrofit an industrial site. We added two 5-story residential buildings to the site and merged the industrial and residential sites with a new public park. An existing berm on site was designed to remain and will act as a visual and natural buffer into the site from the adjacent neighborhood.
